Tomczak of Frankfort, IL and Jeffery Tomczak (Amy) of Homer Glen, IL; her sister Patricia Crotty (John) of Crest Hill, IL; and her grandchildren, Ursulina Tomczak, Rose Tomczak, Alison, Daniel, Emily and Michael Tomczak.
