We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2020, at the age of 73, Louis Vargas of Crest Hill, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Vargas and Richard J. Vargas; and his siblings, Richard "Ric", Anthony Vargas and Cecilia Brulc (late Frank).
He is survived by: his wife Minnie "Bernice" Vargas; his children, Billie Love (David) and Richard "Rick" Vargas (Nicole); his grandchildren, Dylan, Derrick and Taylor Vargas; his siblings, Maria Louisa McPhail (late Glen) and Andrew Vargas (Trena); and his uncle Joseph Belman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a multitude of cousins.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial for Louis Vargas will be celebrated at St. Anne Catholic Church in Crest Hill on Thursday, October 22, 2020, at 10:30 a. m. Due to COVID-19, facemasks and distancing will be observed at church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name can be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars or the charity of your choice.
