He was predeceased by: his wife Jennie Ann; his parents, Inez and Oren; and his brothers, Frank and Clyde.

He is survived by: his children, Paul (Pam), Andra (Lyle) and Teddi (Mike); his grandson Adam; and his sister Violet. He is also survived by sister-in-law, half brothers and sisters, several nieces, nephews.
