He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jose Concepcion Ruiz (Petra Alvarado). He is survived by: his father Antonio Ruiz (Martha); his sister Ana Karen Ruiz (Nick Flynn); and his grandfather Salomon Gutierrez (late Teresa Gonzalez). He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
