She is survived by: her husband Thomas John Adcock; her sons, Thomas William Adcock (Sherry) and Brian Adcock (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Madison, Hudson and Hayden Adcock; her sister Joann Boggs (Bobby); her nieces, Tiffany and Charlotte; and her nephew Jackson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws.
