He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ware and Mary Alice Ware; his significant other Shirley T. Ware; his granddaughter Kelly Glasgow; and his sister Pauline Reed (Charles).
He is survived by: his children, Tina Dzurko (Ed), Perry Alberico (Lori), Tammy Glasgow, Pam Rapcan (late John), Bev Mahr (Kevin) and Sandy Beguin (Doug); his grandchildren, Bill Dzurko, Aimee Giangrosso (Andrew), Katie Camardo (Bob), Von Stein (Lauren), Jillian Glasgow and Krystina Pavlacka; his brother David Harold Ware (Ramona); and his nephew J. R. Reed. He is also survived by numerous other Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made as gifts in Hugh's memory to the Lightways Hospice, 250 Water Stone Circle, Joliet, IL.
