He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Surjan and Anna Surjan; and his siblings, Josephine Surjan, Mary Ann Jadron, Ann Dolan and Paul Surjan.
He is survived by: his wife Joann; his sons, Edward Jr. Surjan (Beverly Jean) and Terry Surjan (Stephanie); and his grandson Luca Surjan.
