She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Phelps and Carl Phelps; and her former husband Bob Thomas. She is survived by: her daughter Melinda Thomas (Jeff Duckworth); her siblings, Sandy Hopper, Ron Phelps (Michele) and Tom Phelps (late Bernadette); her nephew Colin Hopper (Ashley); and her nieces, Marie Phelps, Anna Perry (Tim), Kris Phelps and Lynn Hammel (John).
In lieu of flowers, memorials to World Vision or the American Cancer Society are appreciated.
