She was predeceased by: her husband William Phillips; her parents, Floyd Gardner and Catherine Gardner (Oliver); and her brothers, Floyd, Evan, Bob and Bill Gardner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Colwell and Diane Harvey; and her grandchildren, Sarah Siwinski (Zack), Michael Colwell, Erin Albert (Matthew) and Chris Harvey (Danielle). She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials to St. Peter Lutheran Church would be appreciated.
