It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony D. Faust (Crest Hill, Illinois), who passed away on November 8, 2018, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Kenneth B. Faust; and his grandparents, Edward Mahoney, Wilhelmina Mahoney, Kenneth Faust and Marion Faust.
He is survived by: his children, Caden Faust and Addison Faust; his parents, Kenneth Faust and Barbara Faust; his significant other Vanessa Mendoza; and his siblings, Joy Osborne, Joseph Osborne, Terry Contos, Jacquie Carlson (Bob), Tim Young (Kendra) and Tina Beal (Rob). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
