With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne Davia (Crest Hill, Illinois), who passed away on January 20, 2019. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anne Davia to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Vasco Davia; her parents, Mirko Polyak and Vincenca Polyak; and her siblings, Anthony, Thomas, Joseph, Michael, Jack Polyak, Mary Cvetkovich, Catherine Sloka and Margaret Slabozeski.

She is survived by: her son James Davia; and her sister Barbara Conway. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
