He was predeceased by: his parents, McKinley Crabtree and Ann Crabtree; his siblings, Arthur Crabtree, Joyce Crabtree Williams, Ruth Crabtree McAdam and Mary Jane Gump; his grandchild McKinley J; his niece Leah Crabtree Wade (Bethany McGowan); and his grandparents, Lelia and Harry Carter.
He is survived by: his sons, David (Sheila) of Bluford, Gary (Merna) of Herrin and Jim (Kristie) of Niceville; his brother Richard Crabtree (Ruth) of Loogootee, IN; his grandchildren, Micaela, Hunter, Brianna, Ashley, Jesika, Jordan, Taylor, Trenton, Lindsey, Tyler, Whitney and Courtney; and his great grandchildren, Aidyn, Logan, McKinley Anne and Maverick. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial donations be made to Southern Illinois Christian Service Camp, 810 Church Camp Dr, West Frankfort, IL 62896.
