She was predeceased by: her parents, Irmon Monroe and Dimple Melba Tippy (Flora); her husband Kenneth Raymond Phillips; and her siblings, James Tippy, Charles Tippy and Joan Rosemary Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Phillips (Bessie), Mark Phillips (Tammy) and Lita Phillips; her grandchildren, Amber Phillips, Sarah Ahls, Kenneth Stout (Misty), JoAnna Williams and Ian Williams; her great grandchildren, Liam Stout and Logan Williams; her sister Shirley White; and her sisters-in-law, Sandra Tippy and Lita Padgett (Larry).
