Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Wanda Marie Mahaffey of Cowden, Illinois, born in Spencer, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 86, on August 3, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wallace and Leona Wallace (Newcomb); her husband Otis D. Mahaffey; her siblings, Evelyn Foster and Dean Wallace; and her grandson Douglas.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale Mahaffey (Pam) of Cowden and Monty "Zonk" Mahaffey (Marsha) of Cowden; her brothers, Harlin Wallace (Carol) of Herrick and Howard Wallace (Sandy) of Herrick; and her sister-in-law Roberta Wallace (Bert) of Pana. She is also survived by four granddaughters; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in Wanda's memory to the Alzheimer's Association or the donor's favorite charity.
