She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry L. Hagaman and Lorraine Hagaman (Conrad); her stepfather Dave Steck; her siblings, Hazel Steck, Gary Steck, Shirley Brown and Donna Lyngstad; her parents-in-law, Alfred and Pauline Wall; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Ellen Hayes (Wall), Lyle "Babe" Brown, Bernard Wheeler, Charlie Wall and Warren Utsinger Sr. Due.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Wall of Springfield, Debbie Summers (Monte) of Beecher City and Brenda Bennett (Kenny) of Cowden; her granddaughters, Heather Lightfoot (Dustin) of Mason, Ashlee Morrison (Justin) of Beecher City and Elizabeth Wall of Springfield; her great grandchild Cooper Morrison of Beecher City; her siblings, Phyllis Wheeler of Hudson, Peggy Utsinger of Canton, Sandra Bowen (Buck) of Baring, MO, Harry "Butch" Steck (Carol) of Canton and Larry Steck (Alice) of Canton; her sisters-in-law, Helen Steck of Canton and JoAnn Wall of Cowden; her brother Gene; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Wall of Cowden.

Memorials may be made in Joyce's honor to the Cowden First Responders or the Cowden Free Methodist Church.
