He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Eldon and Roberta May Portwood Stevens; his sisters, Sherrie M. Collins, Shirley A. Arkebauer, Pamela R. Brown, Marla K. Powers and Roberta L. Stevens; and his niece Kristal D. Brown.
He is survived by: his siblings, Paul E. Stevens of Cowden, IL, Beverly E. Hopkins (Fred) of Seneca, MO and Joyce I. Pendlay of Cowden, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
