He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Jarvis and Helen E. Jarvis (Pokorny); his stepmother Bessie Jarvis; his sisters, Eunice Gaynor, Vivienne Gerc, Lucille Eggert, Dorothy Spinka and Nancye Ruzicka; his brothers-in-law, Edward Gaynor, Harry Gerc, Melvin Eggert and Milton Spinka; and his niece Mary Lou Hunter.
He is survived by: his son Todd Jarvis (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Brittany Ann Marie and Kyle James William Jarvis; and his nieces and nephews, Nancye Fiolka (Michael), Ruth Knipper (Fred), Joan Krezwina (Craig), Kathy Smith (Mike), Nadine Schloegel (Don), Cheryl Cox (Keith), Sue Wilhelm (James), John Gerc (Sharon), Paul Gaynor (Linda) and David Eggert.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Hinsdale Humane Society or Small Paws Rescue would be appreciated.
