With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sandra J. Tybor of Countryside, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Sandra shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sandra farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph R. Tybor; and her children, Sarah Clark (Kevin) and Adam Tybor (Kelly). She was also cherished by her family, extended relatives, and close friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hallowell & James Funeral Home (1025 W 55th St, Countryside, IL 60525). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Cletus Church (600 W 55th St, La Grange, IL 60525).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to support the arts are appreciated, honoring Sandra's passion for the creative experiences she enjoyed with family and friends.

“Sarah, Kevin, Adam, Kelly, Charlie, Harrison, Erin and Lincoln — My and Aunt Therese’s heartfelt condolences, love, hugs, and prayers are with each of you on the passing of your remarkable mom and Geema, Sandee. She was truly a wonderful, loving, kind person with many talents. I still have some of the items she gave me when she came over to my apartment on 47th Street in Chicago to help me figure out the color scheme — red! I still use the dish towels, the clock hanging on my kitchen wall is red, etc. I also remember your parents wedding as if it were yesterday — I was 6 when they got married. She loved each of you dearly as well as the rest of the crazy and wild Massura Clan. She will be truly missed! Love and hugs from me and Aunt Therese!”
