We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2022, Sam Cuba (Countryside, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Cuba and Barbara Cuba (Ruggiero). He is survived by: his wife Jill; his children, Donald, Joe, Gina and Nicole; his son-in-law Turner Carvin; his siblings, Don Cuba (Kathy) and Rita O'Boyle (James); his brother-in-law Tony Pieper; his mother-in-law Denise Milleville (Richard); his nieces and nephews, Timothy, Laura O'Boyle, Julie Cuba, Nick Cuba, Scott Cuba, Sean Cuba, Natalie Pieper and Francesca Pieper; and his much-adored granddoggie Boogie.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Knights of Columbus or Chicago Blackhawks Alumni Association.
