He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Arthur Mervine and Jean Mervine; his daughters, Marianne and Amy Jo Mervine; his aunt Judy Lawson; his niece Laurel Jean Mervine; and his nephew Luke James Wiegman.
He is survived by: his former wife Paulette Hall; his children, Jeannette Marie and Paul Arthur; his siblings, Craig Mervine (Sharon), Bege Wiegman (Denny) and Jeanne Mervine (Cheryl Dykstra); and his children, Jeannette Breimhorst (Jay), Paul Mervine, Reid and Gabe Breimhorst. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
