It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita M. Madsen (Countryside, Illinois), who passed away on December 19, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Howard; her child Brent Madsen; her siblings, William Meyer and Shirley Peterson (late Dale); and her parents, Sebastian Meyer and Mary Meyer.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Madsen, Susan Capps, Scott (Diane), Kevin and Brian.
Memorial donations in Rita's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital are appreciated.
