He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Pietryla and Mary Pietryla; his siblings, Stefania, John (late Theresa), Walter (late Pauline), Frank (late Jean) of Men's Handicap Champions, Edward Pietryla (late Helen) and Helen Jurasek (late Albert); and his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Pietryla.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gail Pietryla Tait, Susan Pietryla and Julie Pietryla (James Ritchie); his grandchildren, Kevin Tait (James Sarver) and Kacey Tait; and his brother-in-law Cole Giovannoni. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Red Cross or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
