He was predeceased by: his child Kyle; his sibling Donald; his siblings-in-law, Sandra DeNucci and William Weiss; his parents, George Clare and Mary Clare; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Miriam Weiss.
He is survived by: his spouse Kimberly; his child Megan; his siblings, Michael (Kara), Maggie Stepuszek (Paul), Bridget Garvey (Brian), Molly O'Malley, Colleen Brooks (Dan) and Nora Driscoll (Brian); and his sibling-in-law Nancy Teschke (Stuart).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Patrick's name to the American Heart Association are appreciated.
