She was predeceased by: her husband Neil O'Sullivan; her sibling Dini Mulcrone (John); and her father Dan O'Sullivan. She is survived by: her children, Tim (Jean), Dan (Caryn) and Eileen Koch (Jim); her grandchildren, Matthew, Kevin, Jack, Maggie, Mike, Danny, Colin and Meghan; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry and Kathy O'Sullivan.
