Nikola Budimir Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nikola Budimir in Countryside, Illinois, who passed away on May 30, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dane, Sophia, Dusan, Dusanka, Mara, Smilja and Kosovka.

He is survived by: his wife Djurdja "" Budimir of Georgia; his children, Dushanka "Dee" Lowe (Fredric), Dushan Budimir, Nada Kucharzyk (Donald) and Alexander Budimir; his daughter-in-law Lori Budimir; his grandchildren, David Budimir, Michelle Brooks (Brian), Nikki Lowe, Michael Lowe, Alex Budimir and Tommy Budimir; his great grandchild Jackson; and his brother Milan Budimir (Danica) of Serbia. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters in-law and numerous loving nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Nikola's name to St. Sava Monastery.
