She was predeceased by: her husband John Wayne Thomas; her parents, Roscoe and Gladys; and her brother Kenneth Utter (Carol). She is survived by: her children, Joanna and Brian Thomas; her grandchildren, Teagan Foster, Andrew and Alexander Cudiamat; and her daughters, Denise Cudiamat (Mark) and Jennifer Jackolin (Joe).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Stroke Foundation.
