He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Alexandra Heffernan; and his siblings, Richard (late Connie), Rosemary (late Bob), Emmett (late Joan), Loretta (late Joseph), James (late Mary Ann) and Tom (Gladys). He was also cherished by many nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Jack's name to the American Heart Association are appreciated.
