It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Kuchta (Countryside, Illinois), who passed away on May 26, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry "Chief" Kuchta and Frances Kuchta (Šterba); his wife Ginny; his daughter Mary; and his brothers, Ronald, Donald and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy, Sue (Janet), Gary (Will) and Gail; his grandchildren, Emily (Brad), Allison (Justin), Laura and Samantha; and his great grandchild Jerome.
