We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2022, at the age of 68, James Frank Sater of Countryside, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Sater and Helen Barnes; his sisters, Pam, Sarah and Hazel; his nieces, Tiffany and Dacie; his nephew Timmy; and his grandchild Makaylynne.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Higgins (Sheri) of Ottawa, IL, Jamie Davis (Brian) of Peru, IL, Cassandra Shinsako (Steve) of Countryside, IL, Sarah Sater (Jakob Lofland) of Decatur, IL and Josiah Sater (Rose) of Jacksonville, FL.; his grandchildren, Ashley, Kelsey, Carson, Chloe, Kaidince, Hayden, Caree and Franklin; and his siblings, Shirley Sater of Marseilles, IL, George Sater of Morris, IL and Esther Runyon (Ronnie) of Decatur, IL.. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, other family and many, many friends.
