He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Richard Franke (late Elke); and his parents, James Carr and Kathryn Carr. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Cathy Carr (Jim Hogan), Julie MacDonald (Sean) and Wendy McCleary; his grandchildren, Kelly and Michael MacDonald; his daughters, Katie, Shannon and Jenna McCleary; his sister Beverly Scandrol (late Elroy); and his sister-in-law Marilyn Oliver.
