He was predeceased by: his sibling Jane McClure. He is survived by: his spouse Glenda; his children, Jane Giacchetti (Leon) and Christopher T. Lipsey (Sandra); and his grandchildren, Margaret, Taylor Giacchetti and Christopher V. Lipsey.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Assn. appreciated.
