Gerald L. Horn Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2022, Gerald L. Horn (Countryside, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Donnelly Horn; his parents-in-law, William H. Donnelly, Dorothy Lynch Donnelly, Bernice Fleming (Robert), Carol Mullarkey (Joseph), Bernard Horn (Helen), Mary Therese, William J. Donnelly, MD and Harold E. Storey; his nieces, Maureen, Kathleen Mullarkey and Susan Fleming; and also Gerald Horn.
He is survived by: his children, James Horn (Judith), Marilyn Hamadej (late Stephen) and Janet Perkins (Terence); his grandchildren, Douglas, Kenneth (Katherine), Jeffrey Perkins and Shannon Horn (Alan Franciose); his brother William Horn (Mary Pat); and his sister-in-law Barbara Donnelly Storey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family recommends memorial donations to Friends of the Windows, a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to preserving the historic stained glass windows in the Saint James Chapel of the Archbishop Quigley Center, 835 N. Rush Street, Chicago, IL 60611.
