He was predeceased by: his father Walter Moritz. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Jury; his children, Sarah Moritz (Joshua) and Cole Moritz (Esther); his brothers, Phillip Moritz (Kristi) and Anthony Moritz (Jodi); and his grandchildren, Jackson Holsinger and Sapphira Moritz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family suggests memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society.
