He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Laura Golm; his children, Jennifer Dixon (Peter), Michael Golm (Jodi) and Janeen Musillami (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew Dixon, Vincent, Madelyn Golm, Nina, Carlo and Nora Musillami; his mother Dorothy Golm; and his brother Thomas Nickels.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Anti-Cruelty Society, Chicago.
