He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Olson and Dorris Olson. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his children, Katrina and Lukas; his siblings, Linda Olson, Diane LaPointe (Larry), Janice Otto and Larry Olson (Patty); and his nieces and nephews, Lisa LaPointe, Laura, Matt, Eric Otto, Heather Wilke and Adam Olson.
In lieu of flowers, donations in David's name to the Nat'l Pancreatic Cancer Foundation (npcf.us/) or the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (pancan.org) are appreciated.
