He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Monson and Ardala Skorepa; his wife Marilyn of Countryside; his stepson Anthony Materazzo (JoAnn); his grandsons, Luca and Marco Materazzo of Woodridge; his brothers, Craig Monson (Gina) of Fairbury and Glenn Monson of Brookfield; his stepmother Phyllis Monson of Normal; his stepsisters, Juli Richards (Tim) of Murphy, TX, Kathy Provost of LaGrange, Judy Diaz (Ruben) of Dwight and Sue Cunat (Ed) of Cologne, MN; and his nephews, David (Ashley) and Garrett Monson.
