He was predeceased by: his father Stanley Sobczak. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Sobczak; his children, Christen Mencl (Walter, Jr.), Carly Santiago (Edwin) and Mark T. Sobczak, Jr. (Nicole); his grandchildren, Logan, Lucas Mencl, Paige Santiago and Nathan Sobczak; and his siblings, Jane Stocker (Daniel), Robert Sobczak (Andrea) and Laura Piercy (Harlon). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many good friends.
