He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Braun and Magdalene Braun; and his siblings, Thomas Braun (late Pauline), James Braun (late Joan) and Marian Lukshas (late John).
He is survived by: his son Fred; his grandchildren, Sandra Sturgeon (Nick), Christina Denton, Michael Denton, Ashley Denton, Cameron Braun (Keyauri Richardson), Cameree Braun, Angela Skonicki, Katy Skonicki and David Skonicki; and his great grandchildren, Sonia Sturgeon, Charlotte Sturgeon, Annette Sturgeon, Gabriel Sturgeon, Cyaire Braun and Cyron Braun.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tews & Ryan Funeral Home (18230 Dixie Hwy, Homewood, IL 60430). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. John Neumann Parish (17951 Dixie Hwy, Homewood, IL 60430).
