He is survived by: his wife Jill Martin; his children, Lukas Martin, Trisha Cook (Glenn) and Paige Wisely; his mother Anna JoNell Sprouse (Sprouse); his grandchildren, Preston, Parker, Layla, Lennon and Landon; his siblings, Sandy Frieman, Pamela LaRoe (Noal), Anthony Shelton, Terry Martin (Melissa) and Pamela Blankenship (Randy); his father-in-law Sanford Wisely; and his siblings-in-law, Julia Heil (Raymond), Jeanette Gresham (Kevin) and Joel Wisely (Jennifer). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
