Norma Rice Rackley Machisen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Rice Rackley Machisen (Coulterville, Illinois), who passed away on September 25, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene F. Rice and Mildred E. Rice (Patton); her husband Nick Machisen; her sons, Randy Rackley, Donald Rackley and Butch Rackley; her brother Russell Rice; and her nephew Mark Hermes.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Rackley of Coulterville, IL, Beth Kane (Alan) of Pinckneyville, IL and Kristi Rackley of St. Louis, MO; her stepsons, Terry Machisen (Barbara) of St. Louis, MO and Ronnie Machisen (Betty) of St. Louis, MO; her daughters-in-law, Debbie Rackley, Betty Rackley and Sharon Rackley; and her siblings, Dale Rice (Donna) of Willisville, IL and Sue Hermes of Sparta, IL. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to Grandcote Reformed Presbyterian Church, Coulterville, IL for the food pantry.
