He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Griffith and Bonnie L. Griffith (Carter); and his pet Shiloh. He is survived by: his children, Travis Griffith (Julie) of Pinckneyville, IL, Troy Griffith (Amanda) of O'Fallon, IL and Melissa Franklin (Sean) of Pinckneyville, IL; and his sisters, Lisa Ginn and Tanya Moore. He is also survived by three grandsons; and three granddaughters.

Memorial donations may be made to Perry County Humane Society.
