He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence and Blanche Rainey, Sr. (Folden); and his brothers, Lawrence Rainey Jr., William Rainey and Delmond Rainey.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Rainey of Coulterville, IL; his children, Tim McDougal (Meghan Filipsic) of Coulterville, IL and Julie Hand (Steve) of Coulterville, IL; and his grandchildren, John Tyler Hand of Coulterville, IL, Austin Steven Hand of Coulterville, IL and Madison McDougal of Coulterville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law.
Covid 19 mandates and restrictions will be adhered to and masks will be required.
