James R. Casida Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James R. Casida of Coulterville, Illinois, born in Mapleton, Kansas, who passed away on March 26, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Casida and Vada Marie Casida (McDaniels); and his brother-in-law Gary Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Zoila Casida of Coulterville, IL; his daughter Melissa Perkes (Brian) of Breese, IL; his siblings, David Casida (Joanne) of Coulterville, IL and Ann Johnson of Kansas; and his granddaughter Olivia Marie Perkes. He is also survived by one niece; three nephews; and many other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital.
