He was predeceased by: his parents, Parley Price and Mary Ellen Price (O'Neil); his son Kyle Price; his stepson Rick Alexander; and his sister Betty Gimber.

He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Dora "Sis" Harvey (Greg Stieg) of Coulterville, IL and Kassie Kelley of Arizona; and his siblings, Mark E. Hutchings of Pomona, IL and Ruth Ann Edgar (Bob) of Sparta, IL. He is also survived by three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
