We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2024, at the age of 79, Glen Rice of Coulterville, Illinois, born in Du Quoin, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Glen Rice to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Rice and Gladys Rice (Cowley); his wife Nadine (Hood); and his siblings, Nelson Rice, Carl Rice, Loren Rice, Martha Melvin, Alta Elder, Wilma Cope, Christine Keller and Mildred Vance.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Rice of Oakdale, IL, Melody Schaeffer (Tim) of Oakdale, IL, Belinda Hood (Dwight Delay) of Coulterville, IL, Betty Clark (Tom) of Ramsey, IL and Paula H. Kearns of Coulterville, IL; his siblings, Steven Rice (Beverly) of Davenport, IA, Kenneth Rice (Debbie) of Davenport, IA and Linda Polo (Tim) of South Carolina; and his sister-in-law Josephine Price of Coulterville, IL. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and a lot of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to the Concord Baptist Cemetery.
