Clutts; his children, Steffi Quertermouse of Cottage Hills, Shawna Quertermouse of Cottage Hills and Steven Quertermouse (Ashley) of Cottage Hills; his grandchildren, Cori Lynn Beckham, Ryleigh, Hayden "Haddie" Franklin, Marquis "Maq" Quertermouse, Victoria "Tori" Hardimon, Chloe Quertermouse Metz and Cheyenne Quertermouse; his goddaughter Cassie Raimundi (Stark); and his close friends, Larry Corrington (Lisa), Mark Bryant (Trish) and Buddy Norton (Donna).
Instead of flowers, memorials may be made to the Siteman Cancer Center or the Salgi Esophageal Cancer Research Foundation.
