Ellis of Cottage Hills, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. Ellis and Delores E. Ellis (Abernathy); his stepmother Thelma Ellis; and his brother Michael William Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Irena Dziadyk; his children, Kristopher Ellis (Beth) of Bowling Green, MO and Sara Telgmann (Kevin) of Byrnsmill, MO; his grandchildren, Trenton Ellis, Alyssa Ellis, Sky Telgmann, Autumn Telgmann and Summer Telgmann; his friends, Joyce Schoenemann (Gary) of Dorsey, IL and Shane Schoenemann (Jessica); and also Oliver of Bunker Hill, IL..
Samuel was a bus driver at Beverly Farm Foundation for 17 years before his retirement in 1983.
