Hibbs of Cottage Hills, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl C. Hibbs and Dorothy E. Hibbs (Wooten); and his sister Jacqueline Hibbs. He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy Lamkin (Greg Moore) of Rosewood Heights, Gary Hibbs (Jane) of Cottage Hills, William Hibbs of Edwardsville, Earl Hibbs of Cottage Hills, Pam Tucker (Dennis) of Bethalto and Jeffrey Hibbs of Cottage Hills. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
