She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Petrekovich and Anna Petrekovich (Kostyzask); her husband Robert F. Smith, Sr.; her son Robert F. Smith, Jr.; and her sister Rose Wieckhorst.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharry Smith (David) of Plainview, IL, Gail Davis (Kenny) of Wood River and Karla Short (Tim) of Cottage Hills. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
