He is survived by: his parents, Michelle Adams (DeNeef) of Cottage Hills and Wayne Eugene Adams; his stepmother Ruth of Bunker Hill; and his siblings, Wayne Adams Jr, Donnie Benton, Robert Goodbrake, Raymond Goodbrake, Elizabeth Roberts, Dawn Springman, Angie Adams and Jody Layton.
